COMPLETE RECODE!
SkyrimShouts has been completely recoded to be faster, more efficient, and more configurable.

Shouts:
SkyrimShouts has 9 shouts. They are Become Ethereal, Frost Breath, Unrelenting Force, Marked For Death, Storm Call, Elemental Fury, Slow Time, Whirlwind Sprint, and Fire Breath.

New Miscellaneous Features:
Shouts now have cooldowns. The cooldown can be bypassed with a permission.

Commands:
/skyrim - SkyrimShouts Help Menu
/skyrim version - SkyrimShouts Version Number
/skyrim wordwall - Tutorial on How To Make A Word Wall
/shouts - Lists all the shouts currently in SkyrimShouts

Permissions:
This version of SkyrimShouts has lots of new permissions, as well as the old ones. I will not list permissions for shouts here, but they are in the Overview.
skyrim.wordwall.create - Allows the creation of Word Walls.
skyrim.wordwall.tutorial - Allows seeing the tutorial in /skyrim wordwall
skyrim.help - Allows /skyrim
skyrim.listshouts - Allows /shouts
skyrim.nocooldown - Allows the player to bypass Shout Cooldowns.

New Configurability:
You can change the length of the cooldown for each shout.
You can disable shouts showing up in chat.
