Added Commands system
Available /npp Commands:
- /npp reload – Reload the config
- /npp status – View the current plugin status
- /npp version – View the plugin version
- /npp addblocked <command> – Add a command to the blocked list
- /npp removeblocked <command> – Remove a command from the blocked list
- /npp info – View plugin info and links
