added 2 new events for #105
- ChatInReverseReplacementEvent
- ChatOutReverseReplacementEvent
- similar to the regular (non-reverse) replacement events, which handle replacements of real names -> nick names
- these can be used to handle replacements of nick names -> real names
add respective config options
- replace.chat.in.commandReverse
- replace.chat.in.generalReverse
