This update removes the compatibility for 1.7 servers. If you want to support 1.7 servers, you must use a 5.x version of NickAPI.

+ does not need ProtocolLib anymore
+ less bugs
+ added a better overview & structure for the people
+ config.yml greatly improved
- removed the instance based NickAPI class and made everything static
