Added:
- You can change the owner of your wireless redstone (/wrp changeowner).
- You can add other players as sub-owners to your sig (/wrp addowner).
- You can remove a player (sub-owner) from the list of sub-owners (/wrp removeowner).

Fixes:
- If you put power (lever / pressure plate / button) on a block, and put redstone dust on that block, it will activate.
