I'm an idiot. Fixed a few bugs that should have never existed in the first place.

First off, earscratch works again, I don't know how I broke it.

Then I also fixed 1.12 compatibility with the default food filter. Raw fish will give more hunger and saturation, and all the name changes have been accounted for in the default config. The latest Config.yml can always be found HERE

On my update agenda is fixing the issue where running most commands without a name causes an error.
