NamelessMC v2-pre5 has been released, which supports rank synchronisation. You can download it here: https://github.com/NamelessMC/Nameless/releases/tag/v2.0.0-pr5

Please note that all current modules and themes won't work on v2-pre5, only update when you are sure you want to.

You do not need to update the plugin.
