In this update, I added an auto-completion for the home command and a homes number limit, a fly, msg and reply commands. I also removed the balance command for now, I'll add them back soon.
I don't tested the reply command for now ^^ I'm alone in my test server. xD

In the next update I'll add kits commands, rules command and economy commands.
