- Added HEX Color Codes Acceptance to the ranks (Can be seen in ranks.yml)
- Updated README.txt in plugins folder for servers
- Added startingHexColor and endingHexColor in ranks.yml
(Note: If any invalid HEX color codes are given in the startingHexColor or/and endingHexColor, it will automatically set the type to null, and will use the rankPrefix as the chat prefix for the player)
