Added permission for magic, a character limit and more placeholders.
- Added mysqlnicks.nick.magic - Grants players permission to use magic in their nicknames.
- Added %mysqlnick_nocolor% - Get a player's nickname without the color codes.
- Added a character limit for nicknames.
