Add an adaptive GUI/Menu for MyPet commands.New Permission:
- Added new permission: mypetgui.shop
- It is set to true by default, which means the shop icon will be displayed on MyPetGUI Menu.
- Set this permission to false to disable displaying the shop icon in the MyPetGUI Menu.
