Now you can use your own LibreTranslate-Webservice.
If the default-webservice cannot be reached you can use your own LibreTranslate-Webservice.

By enabling the 'Settings.OwnWebservice' in the settings.yml the plugin creates after reloading a new file 'external\webservice.yml'. In this file you can enter your LibreTranslate-Webservice information.

In the next days I will add a default-request to support other translation-webservices like LibreTranslate.
