SQL Timeout / Connection Closed Fix

This update fixed the "connection closed" or "SQL Timeout" error some users were receiving, this was occurring as the database was only being connected to when the plugin was initially enabled which led to the connection being timed out after a couple hours. This has been fixed by instead opening a connection to the database every time a command is used.
