Will track almost every possible container in the game.

Removed following commands

- /mule_drop <playername> <item>
- /mule_chest <playername> <item>

Added new command

- /muletracker reload
_Will reload the config.yml_

New functionality of the plugin
The plugin will now track:

- Dropped amount of items
- The person who dropped them
- Location of being dropped (Container or world)
