[+] - Added player descriptions - Now players can set a custom description for others players to see when they open their inv.
[+] - Added player descriptions command - Players can set their description or see other players' descriptions using "/pinfo desc (set/see) (player/description)"
[+] - Added new INVSLOT type - "description" show the description of the player if previously set by the player with the "/pinfo desc set (desc)" command.
[+] - Added playerinfo.description.set permission - Allows a player to set their personal description.
[+] - Added playerinfo.description.see permission - Allows a player to see anotther player's custom description in chat. Player DO NOT need this permission for seeing said description in any player's info menu.
[+] - Added Metrics with ability to toggle them off.
