[+] - Added disabled worlds option in config, to select in wich worlds you do not want the plugin to work (Inspired on Choubatsu´s request for disabled regions).
[+] - Added disabled worlds command, to add worlds to the list in-game.
[+] - Added open command to open a player´s information instead of clicking them(you can still click them) (As requested by Choubatsu).
[+] - Added various messages in config in order to increase customizability and ability to translate messages.
[+] - Added permissions (playerinfo.disabledworlds, in order to modfiy the list of disabled worlds, and playerinfo.opencommand in order to let a player open another player´s information)

There is still that previous bug. (Really sorry about that, i know how to fix it, i just have to find when to do it)
