[+] - Added per item permission field in chests.yml - Not required for the plugin to function. You can make grabing an item from a restockable chest needs a permission. (This items will be ignored when closing the chests with those items in it to refill it). (As requested by @nick12)
[+] - Added no permission message field in chests.yml - This is the message to be sent to the player who does not have the required permission to grab the item in question, if the plugin fails to find this field it will send the no permission message from config.yml.
