[•] - Changed how a new location is calculated - Now the spawn region is divided in 4 subregions "quadrants" and one of those quadrants is chosen to calculate a location.
[•] - Removed the x and z center coordinates for the no spawn zone, now the spawn zone x and z ceter coordinates are used for the no spawn zone.
[•] - Removed the "non-list are safe" field in config.
[•] - Now every time the plugin is reloaded, config is checked for changes so you don't have to manually regenerate the cache every time you change a cache sensitive field.
