Extremely small update to improve compatibility with older minecraft versions (1.16 - 1.21)

I recompiled the plugin with an older version of java and changed the api-version to 1.16.

While technically you should be able to use 1.16 I've only console tested the plugin on version 1.17 - 1.21. As with all plugins I recommend first testing it on a testserver before implementing it on a server with a live players base.
