Update to latest MoreOres version
- Added almost all ores from the main version of More Ores
- The Kelp Ore was changed to the Carrot Ore as kelp is not in 1.12
- Unstable TNT was not added but might be added in a future update.
- Implemented a custom crafting system
- This is necessary because 1.12 does not support custom itemstacks in recipes as 1.13 does, and the ores are custom itemstacks
- Ores that would be smelted in the normal more ores system are placed in the crafting table instead to get their drop instead.
