NOTE: If you are using a Spigot version of 1.12 or below you must use 1.13+ block ID names for the type! If the type you entered is not found then it will default to a Barrier block.
Bug Fixes:
Many bug fixes were also made in this version! Spigot 1.8 is now compatible again as well as the /mn reload command is fixed
