Bug Fixes:
Fixed how values are saved in notes.
If you are using 1.13+, the values are saved in a hidden attribute. This is the most efficient way to save the value of the note. It is recommended you update your server to 1.13+ so the values are saved in this manor. You also no longer need to use 'amount-location' in the config.
If you are using versions below 1.13, the values are saved the same way they have always been saved. You must put the amount-location in the config so the plugin can gather the value. However, I did fix the way the value is grabbed to be better than it was before.
