New feature!
Huge update! I finally implemented server notes. These notes can be created by people with the permission mn.servernote as well as the console! Server notes will not take any money out of players balance, strictly from the "economy". It is not wise to give this permission note to untrusted users. Below are the two new commands:

/withdraw create <amount> <optional-player-name>[/COLOR][/FONT][/CENTER]
[FONT=Courier New][COLOR=#000000]
[CENTER]/withdraw create random <min-amount> <max-amount> <optional-player-name>
[FONT=Courier New][COLOR=#000000]
[CENTER]/withdraw create random <min-amount> <max-amount> <optional-player-name>
<optional-player-name> must be used when issuing command through console. When you put a player's name in the commands it will send that not to that player.
Bugs & Changes:
Many bug fixes and improvements were also made. Notes should never break and will always be able to be deposited if they are create through this plugin. Messages.yml was also improved and made automatic for me to be able to update it when needed.
