Added /mnpcmanage <id>

> Zero manual editing: No more hand-editing meganimation.yml or typing long effect commands. It’s all GUI-driven now.

> One-click rename & commands: From the Manage GUI, you can enter the new name or add NPC commands directly in chat—no clunky syntax.

> Instant hologram refresh: Renaming updates the live nameplate/hologram immediately (no restart needed); we also sweep stray/old hologram lines.


> Effects made simple: Add looped particles or on-interact particles, or timed potion effects via GUI (and with friendly /mnpc addeffect too).

> Effect Editor GUI (/mnpceffects or legacy /npceffects)

> Add/remove looped particles, on-interact particles, and potion effects without manual commands.
