Added a new command!

• /kfly enable > makes it so if u kill a mob that can fly u will be able to fly.
• /kfly disable > makes it so if u kill a mob that can fly u will not be able to fly.
  
• /kfly status > shows u if the fly is disabled or enabled.

Future updates (keep in mind this is not 100% garanteed)

• New command to set an amount of harts
