[1.3.3] Bug fixes, support for DW

- Fixed an issue with skill crits not working
- Skill timers are now expressed in ticks
- Fixed an issue with hardcoded directional abilities
- Removed compatibility indexes and old command API
- Support for DW and RDW
- Fixed an issue with the ability-player-damage option
- Fixed Sentinels not being damaged
