• Softdepend ProMCUtilities and RiseCore
• ProMCUtilities tools must now have the "PROMCU" prefix, while vanilla ones must lose the "VANILLA" one

• Add support for Oraxen items (with the "ORAXEN_" prefix)

ItemsAdder and Oraxen support includes support for material, break-material, allowed tools, and the blocks chance section and needs the "ORAXEN " and/or "ITEMSADDER" prefix.

ProMCUtilities support is for the required tools only and needs the PROMCU_ prefix.

If you want to use only minecraft vanilla items (not custom items) you can remove the required tools section.
