+ Added Toggleable boolean that saves your current resetting blocks into a file and after your next server start / reload all blocks get their resettime back and will be continued. (Boolean > config.yml > RunResetLog (Default:true)

1. /[yourcommand] define | Define your Ignore-Regions (more info at the
end of the update text
2. /[yourcommand] save | Save your Ignore-Region Blocks (they will have a higher priority than global / normal - blocks.
