bStats + New Features
- Added bStats to collect some anonymous data from server using the plugin.
- Added the downwards-ladders option to allow players to build ladders downwards by clicking on the higher ladders.
- Added the mob-head-noteblocks option to make note blocks with mob heads attached play that mobs sound.
- Added the trowel item, which places a random block from the users hotbar.
