- MineStaff API – other plugins can now integrate with MineStaff via Bukkit Services.
- Includes events for StaffModeToggle, VanishToggle, FreezeToggle, and CPSCheckStart/Finish.
- New snapshot(Player) method gives integrations full state of staff/vanish/freeze.

- Configurable Staff Tools – slots are now configurable in config.yml.
- Vanish Tool Overhaul – vanish tool is now a dye:
- Lime Dye = Vanish ON
- Light Gray Dye = Vanish OFF

- Staff Mode now properly snapshots/restores inventory & gamemode.
- Teleport Tool improved with cooldown + safe destination checks.
- ToolManager updates vanish dye in real time when toggling vanish.
- API Service auto-registers on startup, available to all other plugins.
- PlaceholderAPI Expansion auto-registers when PlaceholderAPI is present.
- LiteBans/Vulcan Hooks integrate punishment/alert events automatically.
- Fixed staff tools not restoring after leaving Staff Mode.
- Fixed freeze tool inconsistent toggling (now correctly freezes/unfreezes).
- Fixed vanish toggle not updating the tool item.
- Fixed players being able to take heads out of the StaffList GUI.
- Fixed API provider compilation errors (snapshot(Player), setStaffMode).
- Cleaned up and completed plugin.yml (commands & permissions).
