(2) » Added a new sub-command. "setfly" (Toggles a mines Mine fly)
(3) » Added new messages to the 'messages.yml' file for the new "setfly" sub-command.
(4) » Added tab-completion for all other sub-commands. (setspeed, panel, setregion & setfly)
(5) » Changed the "Mine fly" region to be 3 blocks above the mines region. (Prevents chat spam when a player is jumping on top of a mine and is also rather annoying to deal with)
(6) » Fixed the Mine fly messages not being the messages from the 'messages.yml'.
