(1) » Fixed issue when creating a Mine where it would create a duplicate Mine in all caps.
(2) » Fixed issue where when using the 'Mine Wand' it would send 2 of the same message in some occurrences.
(3) » Fixed issue from when you convert from another plugin, it would state the region doesn't exist, when it did.
(4) » Fixed all issues when converting from JetsPrisonMines.
(5) » When converting from JetsPrisonMines, the mines reset percentage and reset timer will now also transfer.
