Fixed:
● Paper Spigot 1-13 Export not supported.
● Cleaned up updater code to run a lot smoother.
Expect a update sometime tomorrow adding the wand, sorry for it not being in this update, but this was just to compile 1.13 Paper Spigot for this as it wasn't working previously.
