General Changes:
● Disabled sending a delay message if a player is in a radius of mine for 1.13, until fixing.
● Disabled checking if a player is in a mine in 1.13, until fixing.
Fixed:
● Fixed where mines couldn't reset in 1.13, because of sending a message to all online players, along with check if a player is in that mine.
