Changes;
- No longer requires LuckPerms to be on the server.
- If LuckPerms isn't detected, MCSync will only handle Access Control to the server.
- If LuckPerms is detected, MCSync will handle Access Control & Permission Group Assignment - Updated spelling in the config & root code
