Customisation - Config
I added a
Config.yml so you can simply
change all messages, sounds and colors.
This makes it more compatable for older versions now if you change the sound 'BLOCK_NOTE_BLOCK_PLING' to 'NOTE_PLING' or something else.
Also added a /pingreload command for reloading the plugin and Config.
