This update supports both mc 1.16 and 1.17
- Fixed many bugs pretested everything again
- replace the lang file it has some fixes aswell.
- Fixed recipe book command and others.
- fixed gui failing for the packager when crafting
- added 1.17 support.
- upgraded java to java 16 as required by mojang 1.17 releases
