New commands:
manage addleaderboard
manage removereaderboard
manage getleaderboard
manage listleaderboard

They are used in combination with the leaderboard module
if the module is disabled the commands wont do anything!

is made for a single spigot server so make a choice in your network which server you use for the leaderboards
