Manhunt and Assassin Plugin -----
A plugin inspired by Dream's video "Minecraft Speedrunner VS Assassin" and "Beating Minecraft, But "1.16 support
- 1.16 support (compass works in nether too)
- Added bstats (https://bstats.org/plugin/bukkit/AssassinPlugin/8834)
- Added a 5 second timer from when the target dies to when the assassins/hunters win in case the dragon dies belatedly
- Requires https://github.com/JorelAli/CommandAPI/releases/tag/v4.2
