Earlier today, PlotSquared had an update. In that update, they deprecated one of the methods that were used by the plugin, and they renamed another. This update just applies the latest technologies from this plugin to ensure it working on 1.9.

This version with "the change of methods" has not yet been tested, but it should work. If you find any bugs, please report them in the discussion section.

I will be releasing a proper update with the fixed reload command and configurable messages soon!
