(1) » Fixed issue with PlotMines not being able to be confirmed once placed.
(2) » Fixed issue with the "mines.yml" file corrupted after a large amount of mines are loaded.
(3) » Added a 10 second delay to loading all of "mines.yml"'s data. (This prevents the "mines.yml" file from corrupting on startup if your plot world's name is alphabetically lower than "PlotMines")
