[3.7.3] Separated PlotMines into 2 different jar's
(1) » Separated PlotMines into 2 different jar's as I believe 1.14 users were experiencing issues with block resetting.
(2) » The downloaded resource is no longer a .jar but a .zip that contains both jars.
