[3.7.2] "Remove" sub-command + small wording change
(1) » Added "remove" as an alias for the "delete" sub-command.
(2) » Changed the "/pm" in the help message to "/plotmines" as some users have another plugin that already uses the "/pm" command.
(3) » Edited the "version" sub-command. It will also now update automatically every version rather than me having to update it manually.
(4) » Fixed both the default tiers in the config.yml as their name was missing a '&' to color the parenthesis correctly.
