[3.6.5] Staff can now force delete any players PlotMine + code clean up
(1) » When using '/plotmines delete' and you're OP, you will now remove said PlotMine. (You don't need to be the owner of the PlotMine or the Plot when OP now) Oh, and if you're OP & do this, you won't receive the PlotMine back.
(2) » Mass cleaned up some old code. I swear, I keep finding more useless stuff.
(3) » With the new NBT Tags for the custom heads, I removed some default start up messages. You should only see NBT information from PlotMines in your console if there's an issue now.
