[3.6.2] 'PlotMineT1' always coming back + bStats
(1) » Fixed an issue where the default 'PlotMineT1' used as an example for tiers, would always come back even if you deleted it from the file itself.
(2) » Changed some wording in the 2 messages. (No config update needed, just fixed wording to actually be correct to the event)
