Changelog:

- Plugin now detects if the server is running TokenEnchant and gives you a warning to change a setting in the TE config.

- Added a command for plot owners to forcefully remove a PlotMine from their plot. This should solve the issue of players deleting their plots with a PlotMine on it, as they can just delete it via a command. Permissions can be found on the main plugins page.

(This also means if another player places a PlotMine on another players plot they can remove it, but the owner of the plot will receive the deleted PlotMine, not the player that placed it.)
