Teleportation between worlds

I'm very sorry for not being very often with updates, but I've been very busy with my studies. Anyway, I've been creating a way to make several SkyBlock plugins compatible with the plugin, this will take me some time. For now I have fixed a teleport bug between worlds, it is no longer necessary to change the values of spigot.yml (moved-wrongly-threshold & moved-too-quickly-multiplier), I will report more things through my discord https://discord.gg/nfkEAZZ

[*] A small bug about teleporting between different worlds, which did not teleport you to the correct coordinates.
