HEX Support & Condition Improvements
Added HEX color support.
Example usage: "#FF5BC8%player_name%"

Added ability to check text in conditions if a placeholder returns not a number.

Ex.:
Code (YAML):
 Condition:
   Required : false
   Placeholder : "%example_placeholder% == hello"
 
The player will be included if "%example_placeholder%" returns value "hello".
