New features! Lucky Block & Chance group
Lots of config change. It will automatic generated a new config file.
- Added Lucky Block - Executing lottery when player break a lucky block. Currently "Custom-Skull" is supported through textures.
- Added Chance group - If player has special group chance, he can get the higher chance to get a rare reward.
- Cleaned code.
