Fixed holograms not spawning on second restart
Holograms were not spawning after the second restart. I added the command /lc fix <x> <y> <z> <x> <y> <z>, which spawns the holograms for the loot chests within the given locations.
The following messages were also added:
command-fix: "%prefix% /lootchest fix <x> <y> <z> <x> <y> <z>"
fix-task-complete: "%prefix% Loot chests have been fixed"
fixed-loot-chest-at: "%prefix% Fixed loot chests at %x%, %y%, %z%"

starting-fix: "%prefix% Starting fix"
